ARTivism: Issue 01 — What Do You Stand For?
Dear Reader,

There is a moment when you begin to see the world differently. Not all at once, but gradually. Quietly. You notice what feels unfair. You notice what goes unspoken. You notice the distance between what exists and what could exist. And somewhere in that noticing, something inside you refuses to stay silent.
ARTivism was created for that moment.
This magazine exists because young people are already paying attention. Already questioning. Already creating meaning from the world around them. Too often, youth voices are dismissed as temporary, or told to wait — wait until you are older, more experienced, more certain.
But your voice does not become valuable later. It is valuable now.

Issue 01, What Do You Stand For?, is a gathering of that voice.

It is a space for the things you care about — whether they live in anger, grief, hope, healing, or uncertainty. It is a space for the questions you are still forming and the truths you already know. It is a space for art that refuses to separate the personal from the political, the individual from the collective.

You do not need to have everything figured out. You do not need perfect words. You do not need permission. You only need honesty. If something matters to you, it belongs here.
We invite you to submit your work. To take up space. To speak.
Love,
